TG Automotive has been so incredibly helpful in my recent tire purchase adventure. They answered all my questions as I tried to select the appropriate tires for my vehicle, and even offered that the tires I needed to order through Tire Rack be delivered straight to the shop for mounting and balancing. They were patient and kind as I dealt with chaos in the background while on the phone with them (kids, puppy, that’s sort of thing) and they kept me on track with all the right questions to get me the best tires for my needs. Took care of my MD state inspection here today. TG Auto was able to work around their schedule to accommodate and get me in on the same day. Took them about an hour. I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on any unneeded repairs or issues since I knew the vehicle was in great shape. That tells me they are likely honest and not trying to pull the wool over on customers for unneeded items. Staff was friendly, and the office was clean. The waiting area was quiet and spacious.
